Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Universal Credit and Benefits Specialist to work for a well know Housing Association in Liverpool

The role will be remote working until further restrictions are lifted

Interested candidates MUST have experience with:

PIP form completion

Supporting tenant to set up new UC claims an understanding of the UC journal and awareness of issues with UC claims to pick up on concerns.

UC 50 ( sickness benefit forms/ ESA equivalent).

UC mandatory reconsideration requests on rent concerns & personal allowance.

Council tax support claims

Complex benefit calculations.

Having additional benefits knowledge/experience would be an advantage.
