Responsible for administering the E-Portfolio system (Smart Assessor) and monitoring progress for all students on an apprenticeship standard. Based within the college's apprenticeship team you will be the main point of contact for E-Portfolio provider and colleagues within the team. You will co-ordinate the gathering of workplace evidence and the monitoring of reviews and recording of Off The Job training through the learner journey from start to finish, liaising with employers, assessment and curriculum teams and students to ensure a high quality apprenticeship experience is delivered.
