About the role

The Learning Foundry are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Workforce Development Advisor to join our growing team.

With exciting plans for further expansion this year, we are looking for an engaging and inspiring individual to work with employers to identify training and employment opportunities such as generating apprenticeship vacancies and opportunities, generating work experience placement opportunities for young trainees, and generating commercial training opportunities.

The successful applicant will work with the Workforce Development team to maximise contacts, support business growth targets on apprenticeship, traineeship, commercial and other income targets, and account manage stakeholders including employers and partners. Our passion is to #maketalentshine.
