Office Angels are recruiting for X2 Key Account Executives for our client based in Haydock.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Monitoring all orders to the point of delivery reporting all required information to the customers
Initial point of contact for customer service queries received by telephone and email
Recording all required information correctly on the CRM system
Taking full ownership of queries from start to finish
Investigate and resolve customer service queries, such as late deliveries, damaged deliveries and delivery ETA's
Liaise with the Warehouse & Transport teams
Ensure customers are kept up to date throughout the process of order to delivery
